How do I initiate a return?

What is the time frame for initiating a return?

Will I be responsible for return shipping costs?

Return shipping costs are typically covered by us for wrong or damaged products. In case you want to return the product for reasons other than wrong or damaged product then you will have to pay a nominal shipping cost of INR 250.

How do I know if my return request has been approved?

Once your return request is processed, you will receive an email/ SMS confirmation with instructions on how to return the product and details on the status of your request.

What should I include in the return package?

Please include the product in its original packaging, along with any accessories, manuals, or free gifts received with the order. Ensure the product is unused and in the same condition as received.

How long does it take to process a return?

Returns are typically processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned product. You will be notified once the return is processed and a refund is issued.

How will I receive my refund?

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. The time frame for receiving the refund may vary based on your bank or payment provider.

Can I exchange a product instead of getting a refund?

What if I received a defective product?

If you received a defective product that is unusable or in reduced quantity, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a return and provide a replacement or a refund, depending on availability and your preference.

Do you accept returns on sale or promotional items?

What if I did not receive a refund after returning a product?

Can I return a product if I changed my mind?

Returns are only accepted for wrong or damaged products. If you changed your mind, please contact us to discuss any possible options or solutions. In this case you would have to pay for the handling cost of INR 250.

What if I accidentally ordered the wrong product?

If you accidentally ordered the wrong product, contact us within one hour of placing the order. We can assist you with the same. In case you contact us after the dispatch of the order you have to accept the order and initiate the replacement process which will be on a nominal charge of INR 250.
