Refund Policy

Cancellation Process

You can cancel your order within one hour of placing it on the website, provided the order has not been processed or dispatched. You may cancel your order using the following methods:

  1. From your account on the Website.
  2. By sending an SMS with your order number to +91 9820988987.
  3. By calling us at +91 9820988987.

If the order is not cancelled within the stipulated one-hour window, cancellation will not be permitted. Prepaid orders cancelled within this time frame will be fully refunded, with the amount credited back to you within 3-4 business days after processing your cancellation request.

BROMP Naturoganics (OPC) India Pvt Ltd. reserves the right to refuse transactions or delay refunds for customers with a history of frequent cancellations or other questionable conduct.

Return Process

Return requests can be initiated within 48 hours of product delivery. Approval of return requests will depend on the results of quality checks conducted by our team. Refunds will be processed within 3-4 business days once the returned products are collected and approved.

Refunds for payments made via credit/debit cards or net banking will be credited to the original account used for the transaction. Please note that it may take an additional 3-7 working days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Refunds, Replacements, and Returns

You may initiate a return request for part or all of your order under the following circumstances:

– The product(s) were damaged or spoiled during transit.

– The product(s) arrived in damaged packaging, altering the content.

– The incorrect product(s) were delivered.

BROMP is not obligated to accept returns for products that are neither spoiled nor damaged, nor are they the wrong items. Replacement requests are subject to stock availability. If a replacement is not feasible due to unavailability, the amount will be refunded. Replacements can only be requested for the same product in case of damage or incorrect delivery and are not permitted for exchanging products.

BROMP reserves the right to refuse returns for products that do not meet the specified conditions and may delay refunds for customers with a history of questionable behaviour like repeated cancellation of orders.

Exclusions:

– For pre-paid orders involving a Gift Box, the cost of the Gift Box will not be refunded in case of returns.

Process for Return, Replacement, or Refund Requests:

  1. Select the reason for your request on the Website.
  2. Upload four images as specified below:

   – Front image showing the product name.

   – Back image of the product.

   – Image of the product barcode.

   – Image of the outer box packaging.

Products Not Eligible for Return:

The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:

  1. Products that have been used or degraded.
  2. Products with missing items, damaged original packaging, missing labels, tampered tags, or missing accessories.
  3. Products with altered serial numbers.
