Do you offer expedited shipping options?
Currently, we offer standard shipping with an estimated delivery time of 3-4 working days in most parts of India. Expedited shipping options are not available at this time.

Can I ship to a P.O. Box address?

At this time, we do not offer gift wrapping or special packaging options. Orders are shipped in standard packaging.
What happens if I enter an incorrect shipping address?
If you realize you’ve entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at order@hempme.in or +919820988987. Address changes can be made before the order is shipped. Once the order is shipped if you require to change the address, it will be charged a nominal fees of INR 250 towards handling and resending the product to the new address.

What is the process for shipping to multiple addresses?
Currently, we only support shipping to a single address per order. For multiple addresses, you will need to place separate orders.
