Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding national or public holidays) after receiving your order on our website or other Ecommerce platforms.
  • Products are carefully inspected at our third-party warehouse to ensure they are in good condition before being packaged and handed over to our reliable delivery partners.

Shipping Rates and Estimates 

  • Free Shipping: Shipping is free for orders above INR 700.

Shipping Fee:

  • For orders below INR 700, a nominal shipping fee will be calculated during checkout based on your location. The shipping fee may range between INR 100-150 depending on the location. This fee will be displayed at checkout.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

  • Delivery Time: Standard shipping with an estimated delivery time of 3-5 working days in most parts of India.

Delivery Procedure:

  • After final quality checks, the package is handed to our delivery partners, who may contact you if they encounter issues locating your address or if there is any unforeseen delay.
  • Orders with multiple products may be delivered in multiple shipments due to different warehouse locations or other factors.

Delivery Delays: Delivery may be delayed due to logistics issues, national or public holidays, riots, natural calamities, or other force majeure events. Refunds or cancellations are not allowed due to such delays.

Shipping Locations

  • We deliver to most locations within India. During checkout, the system will verify if delivery is available for your entered pin code.
  • P O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a physical address for delivery.

Address Details

  • Incorrect Address: If you enter an incorrect address, contact us within 1 hour of placing the at our contact number +91-9820988987. Changes can be made before the order is shipped. Once shipped, address changes will incur a nominal fee of INR 250 for handling and resending.

We keep you updated at every stage of your order through email, SMS, and WhatsApp or one of the listed ways:

Tracking Your Order

  • You will receive an email after your order has shipped with tracking information and the courier service handling your package. Tracking information will be active within 24 hours after dispatch.
  • For real-time updates, you can check your order status via the tracking link shared or by contacting us through WhatsApp.

Damaged Products and Returns

  • Easy Returns: If you receive a damaged product, contact us immediately at +91-9820988987 or order@hempme.in to initiate the return process.

Delivery Acceptance and Security

  • Orders may require verification at the time of delivery using a Delivery Acceptance Code sent via SMS, email or Whatsapp.
  • In the absence of a Delivery Acceptance Code, delivery personnel may request identity proof to confirm the recipient.

Special Requests

  • Gift Wrapping: Currently, we do not offer gift wrapping or special packaging.
  • Multiple Addresses: Shipping to multiple addresses requires placing separate orders.
